When will my order arrive?

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email with all the tracking instructions.

To follow your package in real time, including location updates, simply go to our tracking page and enter your order details.

You’ll be able to see exactly where your parcel is at every step of the delivery.

I haven’t received any confirmation or tracking email.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything.

My package is late, what should I do?

We aim to ship on time, but delays can occasionally occur during busy seasons.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but only within the first 4 hours after your purchase.

After that, the order may already be processing. If needed, you can wait for it to arrive and request a return.
